Mist Eliminator

Drizgas supply mist eliminator, called demister pad, as the tower internal for wet scrubber.

Working principle

When the gas with mist rises at a constant speed and passes through the demister pad, the mist will collide and attached to surface of the pad due to the inertial effect. This mist will form droplet and fall due to the gravity

Knitted wire mesh demister pad

This type is made by an alveolar structure of wire mesh obtained by the superposition of different layers of tubular sock. This sock is woven with very thin wires

Vane mist eliminator

Vane demister is used for the liquid droplets which are 8 micron or larger.

It consists of several zig-zag chevron blade wither certain spacing.
